At Achala Media Television Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our clients through quality digital services and timely delivery. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services offered by Achala, including but not limited to:
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Social Media Management
- YouTube Channel Services
- Content Creation
- Branding and Graphic Design
- Website or App Development
2. No Returns on Digital Deliverables
Due to the nature of digital services and intangible products, returns are not applicable. Once a service has been delivered or content has been shared, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started or no significant work has been delivered.
- The client has cancelled the service in writing before work begins.
- The deliverable is entirely unsatisfactory, and reasonable revisions were not able to correct the issue (based on the original scope).
⚠️ Refunds will not be issued:
- If the project was delayed due to lack of response from the client.
- For change of mind after work has begun.
- After client approval of completed work.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, where work has started but not completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of the work already completed.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at infoachalamedia@gmail.com with your Project ID, reason for refund, and supporting details.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original method of payment.
