Final approved and paid content becomes the client’s property unless otherwise stated. Raw or working files remain our intellectual property unless agreed.
8. Equipment and Software

Any third-party assets used will be either licensed or royalty-free. It is the client’s responsibility to procure special media/content if needed.
9. Service Termination
9.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate a project or service with a written notice. Any work completed until that point must be compensated.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may cancel a service agreement if there is a breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of our services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Achala Media Television Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
